Alternative
Engine Technologies Pty Ltd Group, is pleased to announce an important new
initiative. We are bringing to the market a hydrogen based gas system for
either petrol or diesel engines. We looked at what was on the market now, and
found there was nothing available that was right for us to partner with our
dual fuel and muffler technologies. So we have made a product with automotive
grade components, ISO accredited parts, and more importantly one that works on
a wide range of engines in a safe and dependable manner.
The DuoHydro
product we have ready to market to you is based upon experience with engines
gained with the dual fuel patented technologies controlled and marketed by Alternative Engine Technologies Pty
Ltd. The product we wish to offer to you the consumer is a system of
converting water to a hydrogen based gas that has a positive effect on the
combustion efficiency of an engine, resulting in a reduction of up to 35%
reduction in fossil fuel consumption depending on application (see notes
below).
The product is available to work on a large
number of vehicles at this time, and we now taking orders from consumers,
businesses, and resellers from all over Australia, (overseas resellers and

Customers –
if you want ot start saving money and reducing your greenhouse gas emissions
contact us as soon as possible. Delivery is 7 days from order for Australian
customers, and up to 14 days for overseas customers (customs and freight can
slow things down). You will need as qualified mechanic to do the installation
for you.

So how do
you order? – call us, email us,
tell us what your car or truck is, the manufacturer, the model, year of
manufacture and how many kilometers per year you travel, and your estimated
fuel consumption.
Installation will take approximately three to
eight hours, and if for any reason your vehicle does not get a 15% cost
reduction – we will gladly take it off and refund your money.

Alternative Engine Technologies Pty
Ltd has a lot of experience with dual fuel systems, having converted diesel
engines to dual fuel Diesel/LPG, Diesel/CNG and others. They have found that in
many instances, there will be times when an engine does not respond to a change
in fuel composition, no matter how smart the product is. But take comfort in
that we have access to a team that knows what to do from years of experience.
Costing - $2,500
plus installation costs for unleaded passenger cars and diesel 4WD’s.
If you want the
upgraded product on diesel engines, another $400 inclusive of GST will get you
a patented mixer.
Truck Pricing –
please advise vehicle type and work performed so an accurate system can be
quoted.
The mixer is
installed into the air intake of the vehicle – it improves the airflow to the
engine, improving fuel efficiency on top of the DuoHydro unit. In effect, the
Alternative Engine Technologies Pty Ltd patented mixer allows a level of
performance that Hydrogen units around the world cannot match as standalone
products!
Trucks,
pricing is on demand, and reflects the work that will be required to ensure
acceptance into the Australian marketplace – it is not as easy to do as some

General Facts
Alternative
Engine Technologies Pty Ltd has already demonstrated a Diesel/Hydrogen Dual
Fuel System, which has the US Patent already issued, and it was good enough for
Ford Motor to use on a Ford F450 Pickup Truck displayed on the official Ford
Stand at SEMA, the worlds biggest aftermarket trade show for Pickup Trucks and

determine further work on Hydrogen based gases was worthwhile.
Cost and Emission
Reductions:
As every
engine is different, we cannot give definitive answers as to how much you will
save – sometimes the fact that one person is an aggressive driver and another
is a patient driver has a big impact on a vehicles performance. So what we
offer is that we are targeting a 15% saving, but would not be surprised if some
customers achieve significantly better savings when using the hydrogen based gas
in their engine. Again, if your vehicle does not respond, we will refund your
money.
CO2
emissions will reduce in line with your fuel consumption reduction, so long as
your engine is well maintained (don’t forget there will always be exceptions to
the norm).

Your internal combustion engine's efficiency will be dramatically improved with the introduction of HYDROGEN Oxygen gas. The engine alternator keeps turning whether or not the engine and battery use all of the electricity it produces. Energy is wasted constantly turning the alternator that is captured to power the DUOHYDRO which, in turn, produces HYDROGEN OXYGEN GAS used to improve combustion. The way modern engines work, powering the DUOHYDRO is basically free. |

The proof is in the technology. As long as no harsh chemicals are added to the DUOHYDRO, water is the only result from the process of internal combustion. This Brown's gas is expelled in a vehicle's engine exhaust as harmless steam. Users are cautioned not to add vinegar, baking soda, lye or any other harmful electrolytic substances to Generators – AET will recommend the correct chemical formulation required to ensure optimal results. Refill of the water resevoir is only distilled water. |

As agents for GMS, we have the best hydrogen generators available. The DUOHYDRO contains an all stainless steel apparatus which creates far more hydrogen and oxygen than products that appear to be similar. The output is up to 2.3 liters per minute of hydrogen gas at 12v and 7 amps with 0 vacuum. Other units may look like ours, but theirs are just two rods in a plastic container that put a charge through the water, like a kid’s science experiment. They require using distilled water and an electrolyte solution such as lye to create electrolysis. With these products energy in must equal energy out, so they just don’t work! Don’t be fooled into buying a cheaper product. You get what you pay for! The Duohydro as supplied by Alternative Engine Technologies is built to the highest standards. |

Tests have shown that distilled water is a bit better than tap water as an electrolytic medium. You can use the water that comes out of an outside faucet for an emergency, but you will have to flush the system out and replace the water with distilled water as soon as possible. The iron in the water will start to corrode and needs to be flushed ASAP and will VOID ALL WARRANTY. Also avoid any water softeners or reverse osmosis systems. |

Adding lye or other electrolytic substances will void the warranty, eventually destroy the unit and may even harm your engine. The unit is designed to use only distilled water. |

It's absolutely safe and HYDROGEN is not as dangerous as gasoline. In our DUOHYDRO fuel is stored as water and produced continually as it is drawn in and burned by the engine. There is no high pressure hydrogen storage fuel tank that could rupture or explode during a collision. |

Water is actually an extremely concentrated form of hydrogen and oxygen gases. A liter of water at sea level will produce an enormous amount of both gases when the two are separated by electrolysis. Don't worry, using GMS technology, a small amount of water can produce lots of gas. |

Your unit should draw under 10 amps - that's the design parameter and the operating amp level you should shoot for. If your unit is blowing fuses, it may mean you have added water with too much mineral content. If this occurs, drain the unit and refill with distilled water. Sometimes a bit of experimentation is required before you find water quality that will keep your unit operating under 5-10 amps. |

There is always some place a unit can be installed. For instance, the Ford Focus has no room under the hood, either, but a unit can be (and has been) installed outside of and below the engine compartment, in front of the right wheel well. Sometimes it takes a bit of creativity to find a location. |
