The directors of the company are active in promoting the company and its prospects, with Uli Kruger working on a 3 days per week basis (and more if required) and Mr Benjamin Hodgson, who is active in seeking new commercial opportunities for the group, as wsell as taking care of the taxation requirements of the company.
Mr Uli Kruger
Born in Duesseldorf, Germany in 1957, Uli Kruger was trained as a toolmaker in the automotive component industry. He migrated to Australia in 1979 and worked in the building materials and the metal processing industries, before founding Associated Photomechanical Services in 1985, a business that designed and built industrial film processors for the graphic arts industry until 1989. From 1990, he has worked for the University of South Australia as a Higher Education Officer, responsible for the design and building of specialised equipment for research laboratories. During this time, in 1992, he co-founded Intellecta Technologies, a company that designs and manufactures computer control software and hardware for the education market. He designed a construction kit, specifically for schools and became a fully trained 3D-CAD operator. This company is still trading successfully but he ceased to be an active partner in 1999, when he founded DH3.
Mr Kruger, Managing Director of Clean Future is responsible for product development, specifications, overseeing the outsourcing of manufacturing, supply of CF component parts, technical services, initial installation training and ongoing R&D. Subject to the success of this fund raising, an understudy will be appointed to assist Mr Kruger.
Mr Benjamin Hodgson
39 years of age
Benjamin Hodgson has been instrumental in looking after the corporate needs of the company, and was instrumental in bringing the opportunity in China to the table from his business contact network. It is important to note that the group went to China in October 2004, and has secured an order for 400 conversion kits in July 2005, one of the fastest market entries to China for an Australian company. An order that gives the company critical mass and respectability.
Benjamin is a qualified CPA with over 16 years experience in public practice, consultancy and industry. He runs his own accountancy/consulting practice based in Adelaide, South Australia. He has a keen interest in preparing companies for venture capital funding, and identifying and securing Research and Development concessions and management consulting requirements.
Prior to re-entering the profession in 2000, he was a business analyst/external reporting manager at Penrice Soda Products in South Australia. Penrice is a $110million dollar chemical manufacturing business, that has a long been a subsidiary of various international chemical companies. Ben’s role at Penrice encompassed detailed financial and management reporting to both local and international stakeholders, budgeting and forecasting.
Prior to Penrice, Ben held the position of State Administration manager for Wards Skyroad Express for SA and NT (along with other head office roles within Wards Skyroad). The essential duties in this role covered debtors/creditors/payroll administration, as well as full management and financial reporting of the division.
